Enrofloxacin (ENrofloxacin), also known as enfluquillin carboxylic acid, belongs to fluoroquinolone drugs, chemically synthesized broad-spectrum antibacterial agents, in the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry bacterial infection and mycoplasma disease has good effect. Long-term intake of animal food with quinolones exceeding the standard can cause mild gastrointestinal irritation or discomfort, headache, dizziness, poor sleep and other symptoms. Large doses or long-term intake may also cause liver damage.
Application: It is suitable for rapid qualitative detection of enrofloxacin (enrofloxacin + ciprofloxacin) in fish, shrimp, shellfish, livestock and poultry and other tissues.
Detection limit: 100 μg/kg (ciprofloxacin + enrofloxacin)
